WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS CURRENTLY ON BACKORDER?  
To keep up with the changes in the industry environment, we try not to overstock. Face Selections work with suppliers from around the world, and some products may be shipped from other countries. As our brand continues to grow and improve so will the overall logistics for all of the products in our collection. Shipping times on backorder products can range from a few extra days up to 3-4 weeks depending on supply partner logistics and availability.


CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?  
To serve you better, Face Selections will begin to process your order immediately after you click the PLACE ORDER button. Because orders go into processing immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.


CAN I USE UNLIMITED DISCOUNT PROMO CODES?  
At this time, we only support one code per order.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?  
You can check the status of your order at any time by heading over to the TRACK ORDER section found at the top of our site. You can also contact us at any time at support@faceselections.com.


DO YOU SELL CRUELTY-FREE PRODUCTS?  
Yes and No. We're committed to moving towards being 100% cruelty-free: this means that most of the products we sell are not tested on animals at any stage of the product development. While most of the vendors we work with are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny. Some of the companies we love unfortunately do opt-in to test in some form on animals in China. As Face Selections will eventually grow into a Makeup and Skincare manufacturer itself, we will not support animal testing in our future branded product lines to come.

You're in the right place! We're an online store, browse our collection of Makeup and Skincare products at www.faceselections.com where you can shop our inventory. We have both in-stock and backorder products from our suppliers. We also offer worldwide shipping to most countries.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?  
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.


DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES OF YOUR PRODUCTS?  
At this time we do not offer samples of our products. If you have a question about a particular product we'd be happy to answer it for you. Email your questions to support@faceselections.com.
